During this one-hour session, you will be guided through a meditative journey where the resonating sounds of these instruments work together to create a deeply calming atmosphere. The resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, accompanied by a variety of other soothing instruments, will envelop you—promoting deep relaxation and a sense of inner harmony
