Reiki Level 1 with Annie will be taught in two-parts and days: Friday November 15th from 6:00-9pm & Saturday November 16th from 9:30am-1:00pm.
Reiki, which means “universal life force” energy, is a natural form of healing that originated in Japan. The Reiki system, a gentle “laying-on” of hands technique, helps restore balance in our hearts and mind, promotes mental and spiritual well-being and supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
